General Exploration Procedures

  • Most of Ammetex’s targets are concealed beneath alluvial or volcanic cover. If they were exposed at the surface, they already would have been discovered. This type of exploration requires remote methods performed at the surface that reflect mineralization, lithology and structure at depth. These methods include geologic mapping in the ranges and projection of structures and lithologies into the basins, geophysical surveys, both airborne and ground, and geochemical surveys of range rocks and basin soils. All of these techniques are integrated into delineating possible buried mineralized bodies and picking drill sites. The ultimate test of a project is by drilling.
  • A typical progression of exploration and expenditures on a project consists of four phases, as follows (in US dollars):
    1. Identify a potential target area and ascertain land status (by Dr. Newton).
    2. Secure mineral rights by claim staking (field work, expenses and initial recording fees approximately $400 per claim – typical claim block of 200 claims = $80,000).
Annual fees to hold 200 claims approximately $43,000.
    3. Perform geologic, geophysical and geochemical surveys to delineate possible buried ore bodies ($150,000).
    4. Drill (cost primarily relates to number and depth of holes – drilling and assaying program for each project estimated at around $400,000).
  • Estimated cost to discovery is approximately $700,000 per project.
  • Both Goldrun and Roberts Creek have advanced through the first 3 phases and are drill-ready. Future expenditures will be related to annual claim fees and drilling.
  • All geological and management work will be performed by Dr. Newton, with 30+
years of experience (salary = $108,000 per year plus expenses).

Exploration plan for both Goldrun and Roberts Creek projects

On the two Cortus projects, Ammetex and Metalero share ongoing expenses respectively 49-51%.

  1. Ammetex’s share of 2025-2026 claim holding costs and initial recording of additional claims will total around $40,500 for both projects together. These fees will be due in early Fall.
  2. Permitting drilling programs with the BLM at both projects will cost approximately $10,000 (Ammetex’s share – $5,000) and take approximately four months – if started now, permitting should be in place by November and valid for two years and renewable after that. A refundable bond of approximately $30,000 for reclamation on both projects will need to be posted. Ammetex’s share of actual reclamation costs will be approximately $10,000.
  3. Drilling at these two locations can be performed in winter but, because of inclement conditions, it is more expensive. Commonly the potential wet season (leading to snow, ice and mud) is from late December through April. A drilling program in November-early December or May-June would be preferred (Ammetex’s share – approximately $390,000).
  • Total costs to Ammetex for drilling both Goldrun and Roberts Creek will be around $450,000 and will take place in the next 4-10 months.

Investing in Ammetex

  • Ammetex is a private C-corp registered in Nevada, with 10 million shares of private stock. Partnering can be in the form of a farm-in for a percentage of the company (for example, US$300,000 for 10% of the company) or a share purchase (such as 1,000,000 shares at $.30 per share for US$300,000). Because these exploration projects are grassroots they are cheap to get into and the potential return on investment is enormous. The eventual sale of Ammetex or it discoveries could be worth billions of dollars.
  • In addition to the two Cortus projects discussed in this report, Ammetex owns 100% of 10 other projects for gold, silver, lithium, uranium and vanadium. This includes not only the actual resources in the ground but also production royalties, which commonly are also marketed. Ammetex is looking for investors to get in at the beginning of the growth of Ammetex, which will eventually go public. Investors in Ammetex are also investing in the continued use of Dr. Newton’s frontier research results and exploration strategy in generating new projects and growing the company. Investors should plan to be in for the long haul. There are several milestones that may lead to paybacks:
    1. Each discovery may be a potentially economic metal resource. The individual project can be sold, which may be done early in the life of the company (in the first year) to generate working capital. However, the growth and value of the company increase when resources are kept and added to the company inventory.
    2.  Every resource discovery with potential economic value will be able to have its production royalties sold. Even though the royalties themselves do not pay until production is near or in progress, many companies will buy royalties soon after a resource is identified (in the next two years). If part of the royalty on a project is sold, Ammetex will still keep part of it and all of the resource, which will increase in value.
    3.  Every positive strike will encourage new investment and early shareholders will see significant increases in the value of their holdings. One of the ultimate paybacks for early private stock investors will be when the company goes public with an IPO. This will happen when the company has amassed enough metal resources and has demonstrated significant potential for the discovery of more, that the suddenly available public stock will sell like hotcakes (within five years).
    4.  The company itself may be sold to a larger mining company (within 10 years). For example, in 2011 Newmont Mining Corporation bought a smaller company, Fronteer Gold Inc., for 2.3 billion CAD, primarily for one 2-million ounce gold deposit.
  • Ammetex is poised to become a major discoverer and developer of precious and strategic metal deposits in the state of Nevada in the USA – one of the most stable mining jurisdictions in the world. The Company is inviting potential investors and partners to share in the joy of mineral exploration and the thrill of discovery.
