• The Salt Wells project focuses on lithium brine extraction in an Oligocene pull-apart basin in Churchill County, NV. This site is historically significant as one of the few boron salt mines in Nevada.

• The area features a seasonal playa lake that has deposited substantial salt layers, resulting in residual brines enriched with lithium and boron.
